 - Porsche 908/02  #022 for Michel Weber (Thruxton race)
info: Among the very last 908/02s built, this Spyder was sold new to Jürgen Neuhaus for his Racing Team Gesipa. Along with Dieter Frohlich, Neuhaus campaigned the car around Europe for the better part of two seasons. Partnering with local racer Alex Soler-Roig, Neuhaus drove chassis 022 to victory in the Jarama 6 Hours late in 1970. It was then sold to the United States, where it was campaigned in several Can-Am rounds, predominantly by Dennis Aase. It has since passed through the hands of noted collectors like Preston Henn and Bobby Rahal, and has been restored to its 1969 configuration.

At the end of the busy year, he offered the car for sale and it was acquired by Swede Rolf Skoghag, who continued to race the car into the 1973 season. It was then sold to a Canadian, who fielded it with some success in local events later in the decade. The car eventually returned to Sweden and more recently was sold to a German enthusiast. It has since been restored to its 1973 livery used by Skoghag at that year's Paul Ricard round of the European Championship.
